The Latvia golden visa program permits the following family dependents under same application
Conditions
Family members can also be included in the application, at no additional charge,
- Spouses and
- Children up to 18 years of age or longer if they are unmarried and dependent on their parents.
Notes
- Same-sex marriage is not legally recognized in Latvia
- Additional costs apply for inclusion of children above 18 years (adult)
- Parents, siblings, grandparents must make separate investment application (discounts provided)
